Jacob Donnelly
An experienced social entrepreneur, Jacob is currently an Associate at New Island Capital. He co-founded Farm Builders, a Liberia-based agribusiness organization, and has previously worked for President of Liberia Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, IGNIA Partners and Accenture. An Echoing Green fellow, Jacob holds an MPA-ID degree from the Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.

Arun Gupta
Arun has led multiple entrepreneurial endeavors, both social and commercial in nature. A Principal at Accretive, LLC, a private equity firm, Arun previously worked for McKinsey & Company, the Government of India and the World Bank. He holds an MPA-ID degree from Harvard Kennedy School where he was a Reynolds Fellow for Social Entrepreneurship. 

Anne Healy
Anne is a development practitioner with experience throughout Sub-Saharan Africa with organizations such as MIT’s Jameel Poverty Action Lab, the International Rescue Committee, and the Millennium Challenge Corporation. She recently received a JD from Harvard Law School and an MPA/ID from the Harvard Kennedy School. In 2012 Anne joined McKinsey & Co. in Washington, DC as an Associate.

Katie Laidlaw
Currently with Palantir Technologies as a leader in their commercial and local government groups, Katie was previously with the Boston Consulting Group and The Parthenon Group. She worked with TechnoServe in Tanzania and Nigeria, and served as the Executive Director of Inspire!, a non-profit advisory organization. Katie earned a B.A. from Duke University and holds a joint MBA/MPA degree from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School.

Sid Shenai
Sid has experience across international development, business, government and research sectors. An investment professional in Boston, Sid previously worked in Ghana, Swaziland and San Francisco with TechnoServe and McKinsey & Company. He holds an A.M. degree in Physics from Harvard University, as well as joint JD/MBA degrees from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School.
