Previously, as part of the Impact Improvement Team, Mercy developed impact measurement systems and tools to help IDinsight become a more effective learning organization and enable client-facing teams to increase social impact. Prior to IDinsight, she worked as an Impact and Research Associate with Global Partnerships, an impact investor. Mercy graduated from Brown University with a degree in Economics.
