Prior to joining IDinsight, Sanya was a Teaching Fellow at Ashoka University, assisting an undergraduate course on International History. She has also completed a traineeship in Gender and Development at the OECD where she contributed to the Social Institutions and Gender Index (SIGI); analyzing progress in legal frameworks and social norms around gender equality. Sanya holds a master’s degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action with an advanced certification in gender studies from Sciences Po, Paris and a bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from Ashoka University.
