In her current role, Shreya is leading two projects at IDinsight: Project Sampoorna, a systems change evaluation of a socio-emotional learning program in public schools in Jharkhand; and an evaluation of a smart payment system in an urban employment scheme in Odisha. She has worked with the DataDelta team to manage large-scale data collection efforts across multiple states in India. Shreya was also part of IDinsight’s internal working group that provides guidance on integrating a gender and intersectionality lens across the project lifecycle. Previously, she worked on IDinsight’s engagement with NITI Aayog’s Aspirational Districts Program to improve the quality of administrative data across sectors. She also led the design and execution of a data collection effort to evaluate a community-based flood Early Warning System in Bihar. Before joining IDinsight, Shreya worked as an analyst at PwC US Advisory, supporting clients in the technology and telecom sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics.
