As a Senior Operations Specialist in the West & North Africa Operations team, Fatma is focused on regional recruitment and works closely with the WNA Regional Director and Global Operations. Previously, Fatma was the Senegal Admin Lead and the WNA Regional Admin Lead for three years. She contributed to building the WNA region offices. Prior to joining IDinsight, Fatma had previously worked for a consulting firm as an Advisory Auditor. She also worked as an internal controller at BNP Paribas, Ecobank, and Citibank. She managed Administration and Sales in a publishing company. Fatma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s in Audit and Management Control from Supdeco (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce), Dakar. She speaks French, English, and Wolof.
