Radhika Lokur is a Manager at IDinsight, based in Lusaka, Zambia.
Radhika is an advocate for nimble and efficient monitoring and evaluation systems, and has worked on several monitoring projects throughout her time at IDinsight. She was instrumental in putting together many of IDinsight's monitoring related resources, and has worked with clients like GiveWell, Against Malaria Foundation, Southern New Hampshire University, the ELMA Foundation, Kepler, New Incentives, Give Directly, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Radhika has lead two of IDinsight's recent Government learning partnerships on Social Protection in Malawi and Zambia. She brings years of experience in research and advisory services, having worked with Governments, NGOs, and multilateral organizations in complex stakeholder environments across Southern Africa.
Prior to working at IDinsight, Radhika was a Research Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action working on financial inclusion, communications, and health related research.
Radhika holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and a Masters in International and Development Economics from Yale University.
