IDinsight, Inc. has affiliate and subsidiary organizations and companies, including ID Insight India Private Limited, IDinsight Zambia Ltd, IDinsight Kenya Ltd, IDinsight SAS, IDinsight South Africa, and IDinsight Philippines Inc. (together referred to as “IDinsight”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

IDinsight is committed to protecting and respecting our donors’ personal information, complying with all appropriate data law regulation. Via the payment processor service Stripe and our website host, we may collect the following information from donors on our website:

  • Your name;
  • Your contact details (e.g. country, postal address, email address, telephone number, mobile number);
  • Technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our website);
  • Usage data (e.g. information about how you use our website);
  • Last four digits of credit or debit card number;
  • Cardholder address;
  • Cardholder name;
  • Expiry date of credit or debit card;
  • Credit or debit card issuer; and
  • Credit or debit card issue country.

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we will not sell any of your information to any third parties. We will take reasonable steps to store your personal information securely to prevent unauthorized access.

We may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To process your donation;
  • To provide you with a digital receipt;
  • To thank you for your donation;
  • To analyze our donor trends; and
  • To adhere to any United States financial reporting requirements.

We may also collect, use, and share aggregated donor data for purposes like sharing donor trends with clients or funders. Aggregated data may be derived from Personal Data but is not considered Personal Data under Applicable Data Protection Laws as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.

Additionally, if you choose to opt-in to further communication, we may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with content you have requested, e.g. digital newsletter; and
  • To engage personally with you on your interest in IDinsight.

We may also use your Personal Data for other purposes which we will specifically notify you about and, where appropriate, obtain your consent.
