Adhitya works at the intersection of gender and education, designing questionnaires and conducting process evaluations of government schemes in India. His current work includes evaluating a Direct Benefit Transfer scheme and supporting a programme aimed at increasing girls’ enrolment in higher education. Prior to IDinsight, Adhitya worked as a Programme Coordinator at the Council for Disabled Children for three years, delivering a Mayor of London programme focused on children’s health and wellbeing. Before that, he worked remotely for SEED Madagascar, tackling gender inequality and promoting sustainability and biodiversity. Adhitya holds a BA in History and International Relations from Loughborough University. He speaks English and Hindi.
