In her role, Aditi helps ensure the quality of research and evaluation design, implementation, and outputs. Prior to IDinsight, Aditi worked as a research assistant for Professor Leonardo Bursztyn (at the University of Chicago), Professors Rema Hanna and Gabriel Kreindler (at Harvard Kennedy School), Professor Nathan Nunn (at Harvard University), and Professor Benjamin Enke (at Harvard University) across a diverse portfolio of projects. Aditi also has strong on-the-field experience from her internship with Precision Development in Bhubaneshwar, India, where she contributed to an RCT evaluating the impact of information technology service provision on dairy farming. Aditi holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics in Economics (magna cum laude) from Harvard University.
