Aditi is a Senior Manager at IDinsight, based in New Delhi, India. In her role, Aditi engages with the National Institute for Transforming India (NITI Aayog) on projects that revolve around increasing the use of data for decision-making. She manages a Project Management Unit (PMU) for the development of a National Data and Analytics Platform (NDAP) which envisions to house all the public government datasets. Aditi is also working with NITI Aayog to track the progress of key indicators of POSHAN Abhiyaan in two states of Rajasthan and Jharkhand. She has experience working on different quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection. In the past, at IDinsight, she has led process evaluation of the Delhi Government’s new Entrepreneurship Mindset curriculum which aimed at increasing socio-emotional learning for high school students. Prior to joining IDinsight, Aditi managed multiple evaluations in the energy sector at the Jameel Abdul Latif Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), South Asia. She led large-scale data collection in rural areas of Rajasthan, Bihar and Jharkhand to understand the access to electricity, quality of supply and the use of agricultural electricity. Aditi holds an Integrated Masters degree in Economics from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. She is fluent in Hindi and English.
