Adya works as a part of the Impact Improvement Team to create intuitive project tools to enable client-facing teams to effectively achieve more sustainable impact. Prior to IDinsight, she worked with a CSR consultancy leading the end-to-end implementation of CSR projects and client relationship management. In her previous stint, she had the opportunity to learn M&E, program strategy & design, capacity building of NGO partners, stakeholder management, etc. Adya is an Economics and Political Science graduate from St Stephen’s College Delhi University. She also holds a diploma in Liberal Arts, alternatively called Young India Fellowship, from Ashoka University.
