Alvin manages, maintains and supports the organization’s systems and facilitates the technology needs of the diverse project teams and individuals. He also ensures the systems incorporate relevant security practices while simultaneously contributing to various crucial work streams including performance and growth. Prior to IDinsight, Alvin was a ‘Systems Engineer’ for a networking firm called Down To Earth Technologies (DTE) in Kenya, where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in building and maintaining system networks. He then worked as an ‘IT Administrative Assistant’ for Kenindia Assurance, where he maintained their network infrastructure and software applications while supporting users and clients. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Technology from the United States International University-Africa (USIU). He has also been recognized for his selfless acts in the community, winning the community service award. Alvin is always looking to improve and use his technical expertise to create an impact.
