As part of IDinsight’s Executive Rotational Associate program, Ana rotates across executive priorities on structured, time-scoped engagements, providing surge capacity where it’s most needed across the organization. Prior to IDinsight, Ana worked at Instiglio, where she designed and implemented results-based financing programs across Latin America and East Africa, spanning sectors including forced displacement, migration, maternal health, education, and early childhood development. She also served as a graduate consultant at the World Bank Research Group and published a Policy Research Working Paper on economic opportunities for refugees in Ethiopia. Ana holds an MPA from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA) and a B.Sc. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from Universidad de Los Andes. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
