Angelah oversees People Operations for IDinsight employees across the globe, with a focus on payroll management, benefits administration, compensation, recruitment, global mobility and employee onboarding and offboarding. Her role includes working closely with internal regional operations teams, legal, finance and other external stakeholders to support smooth and effective people processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Her work with these stakeholders spans people compliance, audits, payments and budgets, payroll, advisory support and statutory compliance. Prior to joining IDinsight, Angelah worked for KPMG East Africa as a Senior Associate with the Accounting and Payroll department. Her roles included providing end-to-end accounting and payroll services for outsourced clients within the region. Angelah holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Nairobi and is also a certified accountant and a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
