Anmol Singh Rawat (India)

Manager, Impact and Process Improvement

Oversees the Impact and process improvement team, where he works to make IDinsight a more effective learning global organisation.

Anmol Singh Rawat is a Manager leading the Impact and Process Improvement team at IDinsight, based in New Delhi, India.

In his current role, he works to increase IDinsight’s impact, quality of internal learning and team health by improving project operational efficiencies and providing better tools and resources to client-facing teams.

Prior to IDinsight, Anmol worked with the central government health scheme and Project ECHO India, based out of Delhi. At Project ECHO, he introduced and implemented program monitoring processes, developed standard operating procedures for internal teams, designed project management tools and led research initiatives. Additionally, he served as an expert in project implementation training for national and global health partners like the MOHFW, NHM, NIMHANS, NICPR, CTD, State TB Offices, CDC Africa, ROCHE Philippines, WHO SEA and Africa. He specialises in implementing large-scale projects focusing on primary health, mental health, tuberculosis, cancer, HIV, COVID etc.

Outside IDinsight, Anmol is the Vice President of the National Network for Transgender Persons, a network formed to work towards transgender rights in India. As a technical community expert in this role, he actively collaborates in various initiatives led by the Ministry of Social Justice, National Aids Control Organisation and Frontline Aids.

Dr Rawat started his career as a dental surgeon and migrated to the international development sector after finishing his specialisation in public health at the University of Dundee, Scotland.
