Since joining IDinsight in 2022, Anmol has worked to strengthen the organization’s impact and operational effectiveness — initially focused on improving tools, resources, and frameworks for client-facing teams. In his current role on the Impact and Transformation team, he plays a central role in IDinsight’s AI adoption journey, from launching the organization’s first internal AI tools to supporting their scale-up across the global team. He also contributes to AI transformation advisory engagements with social sector partners, helping organizations work through strategy, change management, and workflow integration. Before IDinsight, Anmol worked with the Central Government Health Scheme and Project ECHO India, where he introduced program monitoring frameworks, developed standard operating procedures, and led training initiatives with global health partners including the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, WHO, and CDC. Outside IDinsight, Anmol serves as Vice President of the National Network for Transgender Persons, collaborating with the Ministry of Social Justice, NACO, and Frontline AIDS on transgender rights and HIV policy in India. Dr Rawat began his career as a dental surgeon before specialising in public health at the University of Dundee, Scotland.
