Brice is an Associate at IDinsight based in Dakar, Senegal.

At IDinsight, Brice contributes to data collection design, statistical analysis, and evidence generation for development programs across West and Central Africa, with a focus on survey methodology, data quality, and translating rigorous analytical outputs into actionable insights for government and institutional clients.

Prior to IDinsight, Brice worked across a range of international development organizations spanning statistical capacity, food security, and humanitarian data. He served as an Africa Regional Consultant with PARIS21/OECD, coordinating statistical capacity assessments and supporting the monitoring of National Strategies for the Development of Statistics (NSDS) across several African countries. He contributed to humanitarian statistics and refugee inclusion in national statistical systems at UNHCR’s Regional Bureau for West and Central Africa, worked on food security analytics with IFPRI and AKADEMIYA2063, and supported needs assessments with ACAPS/NRC.

Brice holds a master’s degree in economics and statistics, complemented by another master’s in management and business administration. He is fluent in French and English.
