Chirag is a Senior Manager in the India Operations team at IDinsight based in New Delhi, India. He manages the people operations at India regional office. In his role, he supports teams for staffing, recruiting, ream health, DEI, policies & employee benefits, and systems. With over 11 years of experience in HR spanning across sectors including consulting, software and development, Chirag has managed multiple HR services viz. staffing, people policies, employee experience, performance & talent management, rewards and employee benefits. He is passionate about culture, change and diversity & inclusion. Prior to IDinsight, Chirag worked at Ashoka University, where he designed & developed programs around policies & processes, values & culture, and employee recognition. He also managed functions including employee orientation, performance reviews and learning & development. Earlier, he worked with JSPL Foundation (JGU), Aon Hewitt and IRIS Software. Chirag holds a Master’s and Bachelors’s in Business Management. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
