In this role, CJ oversees people operations, organisational systems, and regulatory compliance to strengthen the operational foundations that enable IDinsight’s US-based team to function effectively. Prior to joining IDinsight, CJ held several operations leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief of Staff at a mission-driven healthcare organization.
