Devika’s work focuses on impact and process evaluations across diverse sectors. Before joining IDinsight, she worked with SEWA as a researcher and at The Quantum Hub Consulting as a policy analyst. Her experience spans women’s economic inclusion, local governance, social protection, and the intersections of technology and gender-based violence against women and children. Devika holds an MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation from the University of Oxford and a BA in Psychology from the University of Delhi. Some of her work can be found here.
