Dhruv works with the Data on Demand (DoD) team on NITI Aayog’s Aspirational Districts Program project that aims to improve administrative data quality. He has experience in forging relations with district administrations, indicator selection, understanding data flow and service delivery in the nutrition sector, questionnaire and survey design, measurement tool development, training and managing field teams, overlooking data collection, conducting data quality processes, executing sampling and analysis on Stata, and data visualisation. He also participated in a few client development opportunities for DoD. Prior to IDinsight, Dhruv worked as a Junior Data Analyst at The Economist Group, where he analysed and managed large databases to help migrate data from Excel to SQL. He gained field and research experience as an intern at J-PAL, where he worked on a project that researched interventions for early childhood development in Gujarat. Dhruv holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Mathematics from Shiv Nadar University. He is fluent in Hindi and English.
