Elizabeth Chikobe is the Director of the Global People Operations team at IDinsight, based in the US. Elizabeth was one of IDinsight’s Global Operations team’s founding members, helping to build critical systems and processes for recruitment, global HR, and safety and security risk management. In her current role as Director, she leads growth, systems, and people operations with a focus on developing the most efficient line to maximum impact. Prior to joining IDinsight, Elizabeth served as Chief Operating Officer for Special Hope Network, a small nonprofit organization providing services to children with intellectual disabilities in Zambia. While in Zambia, Elizabeth also consulted with various organizations, government ministries, and small businesses on issues surrounding disability inclusion in international development. Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and an MSc in International Development (Poverty, Inequality, and Development) from the University of Birmingham (UK).
