Prior to IDinsight, Kipngetich was a Senior Market Researcher at NielsenIQ in Nairobi where he managed large-scale ad-hoc consumer research, customer experience, employee engagement and product development studies, helping deliver insights for business partners in FMCG and Financial Services Sectors across Africa. Kipngetich holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Nairobi.
