Previously at IDinsight, Ewoud supported data collection for the impact evaluation of an accelerated learning programme for out-of-school children in Liberia, and worked on a project to integrate data and evidence into Public Financial Management. Prior to IDinsight, Ewoud worked as an independent consultant based in Cairo, Egypt and Kigali, Rwanda, on a range of projects across data analytics and writing services. Ewoud also worked as a policy officer for the Embassy of the Netherlands in Rwanda, and as a financial policy officer in the Dutch Ministry of Finance and the Dutch Parliament. Ewoud holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, specializing in Behavioural Economics, and a BSc in Economics & Policy from Wageningen University.
