Fatim is a Senior Manager based in the Dakar office. With a strong foundation in data science and public policy, co-leads strategic initiatives advancing evidence-based solutions for inclusive development across Africa. Her project portfolio covers sectors like education, governance, energy, agriculture, gender equality, climate action, and market development in countries such as Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo, and Nigeria. Prior to IDinsight, Fatim worked as a Data Scientist, collaborating with organisations such as the World Bank Group, the Green Climate Fund, the World Food Programme (WFP), and UNHCR to enhance development through data and strategy. She holds postgraduate degrees in statistics, finance, and public policy from Harvard University, the University of Montreal, and the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
