Gabriella Plevin is a Senior Manager, Global People Operations on the Global Operations team at IDinsight, based in the United Kingdom. Gabriella was one of the early members of IDinsight’s Global Operations team and has managed everything from employee systems optimization to international recruiting drives to strategic planning processes for the Global Operations team. In her current role as Senior Manager, she’s focused on fostering a great employee experience by managing all people operations, policy, training, and org-culture-related work streams and on supporting the Director of Global Operations in managing a team of dispersed teammates while driving strategic alignment. Prior to joining IDinsight, Gabriella gained non-profit operations experience at a progressive legal organization in Washington, D.C. She also interned with the D.C.-based advocacy team of the United Nations Population Fund and worked on a collective organic farm that employs women who have faced extreme poverty and domestic violence in Quito, Ecuador. Gabriella holds bachelor’s degrees in International Studies and Latin American Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of San Francisco.
