Gladys is an accountant by profession with a vast experience in payroll management, HRIS systems management & implementation, policy formulation, people metrics and analytics. She considers herself as a change maker acting with a ‘business first lens’ across functions to drive strategic transformation, process automation and deliver sustainable solutions to the organization. Prior to IDInsight, Gladys was the People & Culture Business Partner at Letshego Kenya Ltd., driving business strategy through the support of business functions for both people & culture and digital products. Having served at the Group office as Human Capital Analytics Manager, she was able to bring forth a vast of experience to the regional team in dealing with diverse groups and being able to make an impact through enforcement of process automation, deploying data-driven decisions through the use of analytics, and reinforcing an innovative HR mindset. Having more than 8 years of experience in the HR Space, she is able to excel in HR innovation, diversity inclusion and improvement of people processes and experiences, implementing new digital offerings and data-powered advancements that drive change in an organization. Gladys holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Sociology from the University of Nairobi.
