Gladys is an accountant by profession with a vast experience in payroll management, HRIS Systems management & implementation, Policy formulation , People Metrics and Analytics. She considers herself as a change maker acting with a ‘business first lens’ across functions to drive strategic transformation, process automation and deliver sustainable solutions to the organization. Prior to IDInsight, Gladys was the People & Culture Business Partner at Letshego Kenya Ltd. driving business strategy through support of business functions for both people & culture and digital products. Having served at the Group office as Human Capital Analytics Manager she was able to bring forth a vast of experience to the regional team in dealing with diverse group and being able to make an impact in through enforcement of process automation, deploying data driven decisions through the use of analytics, and reinforcing an innovative HR mindset. Having more than 8 years of experience in the HR Space, she is able to excel in HR innovation ,diversity inclusion and improvement of people processes and experiences; implementing new digital offerings and data powered advancements that drive change in an organization. Gladys holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Sociology from the University of Nairobi.
