Prior to joining IDinsight, Hannah was a Research Associate with the Pulte Institute for Global Development, where she conducted program and impact evaluations of foundational learning programs in East and West Africa. Hannah holds a Master’s in International Development Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
