Irene supports the design and execution of research and advisory projects that help governments and development partners make evidence-informed decisions. Her work includes research design, data collection management, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and translating findings into clear analytical reports and presentations for clients. Prior to IDinsight, Irene worked across consulting and public health, supporting economic and policy research, and donor-funded health programs with USAID, DANIDA, and UNICEF. She has also supported digital systems strengthening and adoption, including a CRM integration project across East Africa, and community-based socio-economic outcomes, through research design, data collection, and analytical reporting for multi-partner projects. Irene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics with IT from Maseno University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Economics at Kenyatta University. She has also pursued various certifications, including research, data analysis, and public policy certificates with The World Bank Group Institute for Economic/Data Development.
