Isha Fuletra (India)

Manager

Isha Fuletra is a Manager at IDinsight, based in New Delhi, India.

In her current role, Isha works at the intersection of data and technology. She manages monitoring and evaluation projects with nonprofit partners in India and globally, and also supports the Data Science, Engineering, and Monitoring Systems team in scoping and developing tech-driven projects and products, while contributing to key internal strategic initiatives.

Previously, Isha supported IDinsight’s work with NITI Aayog and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on the Aspirational Districts Programme to improve the quality of administrative health data. She also led the design and development of data products such as SurveyStream and Data Quality Assist.

Before joining IDinsight, she served as a Project Manager with scholars from the University of Oxford, remotely managing large-scale phone surveys with Mukhiyas in Bihar. She also spent a year working at the grassroots as an India Fellow with the Watershed Organisation Trust (WOTR) in Pune (India), and gained research and field experience through an internship at MIT’s Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL). Isha holds an M.Sc. in Urban Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a specialization in Nanotechnology.
