In her role, Kasamba focuses on people operations, onboarding and offboarding, systems management, and facilitating growth within the East and Southern Africa Region. Previously at IDinsight, Kasamba has worked as an Administrative Lead and also as a Field Manager overseeing field operations for projects related to EPI/EID (Expanded Program on Immunization/Early Infant Diagnosis) and SCT (Social Cash Transfer). Prior to joining IDinsight, she gained valuable experience working with Family Legacy Missions Zambia. Kasamba holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with a specialization in Community Development, and a Diploma in Management Studies.
