Prior to joining IDinsight, he was a Research Associate at MIT’s Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) in India, where he worked on projects in their energy portfolio. He was also a part of the Urban Fellows Programme at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements, where he worked with the United Nations Development Programme for a project on urban employment schemes. He is interested in questions related to governance, energy, urban poverty and growth, employment and service delivery. Kuber holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. He enjoys reading and likes to discuss politics, cricket and startups.
