Currently, Linh is part of IDinsight’s Internal AI Transformation initiative (IIT PI), where she contributes to the organization’s change management efforts to drive AI adoption across business units and project teams. During her time at IDinsight, Linh worked on various projects in Southeast Asia, contributing to data analysis, survey implementation, and research coordination. Her project experience includes: a mixed-methods study with UNICEF Vietnam examining ethnic minority boarding schools in the country, and a learning partnership with OneSky Vietnam, as well as providing research and technical support to various IDinsight projects in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining IDinsight, Linh has experience working in policy organizations and philanthropies in the US and Switzerland. Linh holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology & Sociology from the Graduate Institute of International & Development Studies (Geneva, Switzerland) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Macalester College (Saint Paul, MN, USA). She is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
