Lorraine is an Associate Director at IDinsight, based in Dakar, Senegal.

In her role in the West and North Africa team, Lorraine leads client engagement and oversees projects in order to drive each partnership to achieve its social impact goals. She joined IDinsight in 2021 as a Manager, rapidly growing into a Senior Manager and then in her current role.

Prior to joining IDinsight, Lorraine was a development effectiveness officer at Proparco, the French Development Finance Institution, working on development impact project due diligences and dedicated to maximizing Proparco’s contribution to sustainable development, based in Paris. She previously managed multiple RCTs based in Togo and in Ghana for the World Bank on private sector development, employability and gender issues for several years, and worked as an economist for The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) in London.

Lorraine holds a master degree in Human Resources from Sciences Po Paris and a master degree in Economics and Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris and Ecole Polytechnique. Lorraine speaks English and French
