Lorry leads project teams to ensure that decision-makers have access to rigorous data and evidence. Lorry joined the Nairobi office of IDinsight in 2022 and has led the design and execution of randomized control trials; technical advisory of cost-effectiveness and value of information models; and the management of large-scale data engineering and MEL capacity-building projects. He has since moved to the Lusaka office to continue his role in the East and Southern Africa region. He has a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol, and an MSc in Development Economics from Université Clermont Auvergne (CERDI).
