Prior to IDinsight, Lyka was an investment analyst at Kickstart Ventures, where she helped bring investments to microinsurance and biotechnologies for sustainable agriculture. She is a lecturer at Ateneo, teaching creative thinking and innovation, and is also an independent researcher. Lyka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering with a Minor in Korean Studies (magna cum laude) at Ateneo de Manila University, and a Master’s degree in Development Policy (summa cum laude) from KDI School of Public Policy and Management in South Korea.
