Passionate about leading dignified, community-engaged research and enabling data-informed decision-making in the international development field, Madison has spent the past nine years studying research methodologies within economic development, supporting government clients in operational and technical development, and providing skill-based support services to both local and international NGOs. Madison studied Public Policy and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated as a Carolina Research Scholar and a Buckley Public Service Scholar.
