Meg Battle is the Senior Director of External Affairs team at IDinsight. In this role, she leads the development and execution of large-scale engagements that span our geographies, services, and sectors. This includes projects evaluating AI solutions with Google.org, a multi-year learning partnership with the Impact at Scale Team at Care International, and leadership of the Digital Economies Research Impact Initiative with the Gates Foundation. She previously served as IDinsight’s Southeast Asia Regional Director, where she led the organization’s strategy and portfolio in the region. Prior to joining IDinsight, Meg spent six years leading and advising child protection and women’s health organizations in Battambang, Cambodia. She also worked as a strategy consultant for public health nonprofits in the US. Meg has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and International Studies from the Boston College Lynch School of Education and an MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she was a Sommer Scholar. Meg speaks English and Khmer.
