Mimi is the Associate Director of Global People Operations at IDinsight based in Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to joining IDinsight, Mimi worked in Education as a youth development and support professional, designing and running programs aimed at up-skilling and supporting students. A Chevening scholar, Mimi holds an MSc in Education (Leadership and Policy) with Distinction from the University of Bristol and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Salve Regina in the US (Rhode Island).
