Naorem provides evidence-based support to government organizations in implementing a goal-oriented HR management (GOHRM) approach in priority areas of health, nutrition, and rural development. The GOHRM approach links organizational goals with individual capacity and performance, bringing observability to what each individual needs to do and is able to do, and effective identification of problems in service delivery and targeted support. Prior to IDinsight, Naorem Korouhanba taught at Ashoka University and the University of Delhi. He has a Ph.D in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He also has an M.A and M.Phil in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
