Prior to IDinsight, Pratibha worked on education research and evaluation through her roles at Central Square Foundation, Reach To Teach, and the TalkTogether program. Prior to that, she worked on multiple RCTs, and other lean evaluations and studies on topics ranging from labour markets, to micro-enterprises, livelihoods & entrepreneurship. She also supported M&E systems for a skills training program in India while at IFMR Lead. Although she started her career in macro and monetary economics with the International Monetary Fund’s office in Singapore, she’s now focused on the education-to-jobs linkages in human capital development. Pratibha holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Singapore Management University and an MPA in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard Kennedy School. She speaks English, Hindi and Bengali.
