In her role with the Southeast Asia office, Raisa currently supports an engagement with AgResults Indonesia; an evaluation of a Pay-for-Results prize competition designed to incentivize the private sector to invest in aquaculture technologies for smallholder farmers. Her past projects in IDinsight include an evidence review project for the research unit of Indonesia’s Ministry of Education and a national mental health literacy assessment in the Philippines. She also briefly supported the knowledge management initiative within IDinsight’s DataDelta team in the Philippines. Before joining IDinsight, Raisa worked as an HR practitioner in several technology companies in Indonesia. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.
