Prior to IDinsight, Rediet worked as a Data Quality Analyst at Laterite. She worked on a project rolled out by Tanager that studied gender roles in Teff farming. She also worked for the Center for Economic Data and Analysis as an Intern, refining an online portal that displays key statistics from Indian national surveys. Rediet holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Studies and Research (DipASR) degree from Ashoka University, where she studied Economics and Finance.
