In her role, Rinki supports in IDinsight’s organization-wide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for senior leadership, donors, and the Board of Directors. In addition, she is also responsible for the financial support of the organization’s client-facing and functional teams, including project budgeting and planning for sustainable regional programs. Prior to joining IDinsights, Rinki worked for 10 years with The Boston Consulting Group as a Management Consultant, gaining expertise in Financial Modelling, Organizational Restructuring, Operational Excellence, and Business Decision Making, and was leading the FP&A function for Asia Pacific Region. She has also worked as AVP- Finance Business Partnering at Tata 1mg. She is an All India Merit Holder Chartered Accountant with Bachelor’s in Commerce Degree from Delhi University.
