Safaa has spent a decade and a half in the Moroccan public administration, serving in roles including Advisor to the Minister Delegate of the Ministry of Interior and Director of Social Innovation at the National Initiative for Human Development, a flagship program launched by His Majesty King Mohammed VI to combat exclusion and promote human capital. Safaa contributed to key public policy reforms in urban mobility and territorial administration, and led multi-stakeholder initiatives to advance early childhood development, learning, community health, and evidence-based social innovation. Safaa Allali is an engineer with a Master’s degree from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris. Since completing an Executive MBA from UM6P in partnership with Columbia Business School in 2024, she has transitioned to the private sector, developing transformative projects in green energy and the circular economy.
