Samantha has experience in the education, vocational skills, and rural development sectors in West Africa. She also works in public health, focusing on malaria prevention through bednet distribution. Prior to IDinsight, Samantha worked in Mambia, Guinea with the U.S. Peace Corps as a secondary mathematics teacher. In Mambia, she also collaborated with local counterparts to design curricula on sexual and reproductive health, offer Let Girls Learn programming to colleagues and students, and develop income-generating products with women farmers using local commodities. Samantha holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
