Sandra is part of IDinsight’s Research Evaluation and Data (RED) team, and through her role supports the development of dashboarding and data visualizing strategy for both internal teams and external clients. Her work also includes developing and institutionalizing best practices for the design, execution and management of dashboarding initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining IDinsight, Sandra was a Data Scientist at Oliva Advisory, where she worked with different clients to develop and implement efficient data modelling architectures, develop data visualization and reporting tools, and design ETL pipelines for streaming data sources. Sandra holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Addis Ababa University and a Master’s in Business Analytics and Big Data from IE School of Technology and Human Science.
