Sequila leverages in-depth research and analysis, data collection management, client interactions, and internal team building at IDinsight to improve global lives at scale through evidence-informed decision-making. Prior to IDinsight, Sequila worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at FNB Zambia where she utilised software and services to transform data into actionable insight that informed the organization’s strategic decisions. Sequila is currently pursing a MicroMasters in Data, Economics, and Development Policy with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
