Prior to joining IDinsight, Shreyaa was a Policy Associate at J-PAL South Asia, where she supported the take-up of evidence-informed policymaking by disseminating research and developing new partnerships with government, non-profit and private organisations. She engaged with thematic areas related to labour markets and MSME growth. Shreyaa graduated with a BSc in Economics from Shiv Nadar University.
