Simran works in IDinsight’s Strategic Communications team to elevate the organisation’s brand presence on digital channels, including social media. Her work includes designing digital brand assets, curating strategies for effective communication, and assisting project teams in amplifying their findings. Prior to IDinsight, Simran worked as an Assistant Manager at the Young India Fellowship (YIF). There, she assisted the Admissions and Programme team in leading India-wide outreach efforts. She focused on running advertising campaigns and elevating YIF’s brand presence on social media. Simran holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Studies and Research (DipASR) from Ashoka University. She did an advanced major in English Literature and authored her dissertation, “Women, Witches, and Witch-Hunting in India: From the Historical and Literary Past to Contemporary Urban Spaces.”
