At IDinsight, Mously also conducted a needs assessment in public and private schools in Ghana, Liberia, and Sierra Leone on school dropout rates after COVID-induced closures and context-appropriate remote learning tools. She is currently working on the monitoring and evaluation of a remedial education program in Senegal taught in local languages. Prior to joining IDinsight, Mously interned at SANOFI in a project to market cheaper products to target the Senegalese middle class. She also worked at the Cornell Institute of Economic Research as a statistical consultant. Mously holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistical Science from Cornell University.
